The African American Leadership Program, a signature leadership development program of the Urban League of Southwest Ohio, has long been the preeminent program for emergent leaders of color, for decades. A brand evolution was necessary to meet the demands of the corporate and community landscape and the ever changing access to technologies ubiquitous to new leaders.
This new brand system gives a 21st century look and feel and helps to broaden the appeal of the initiative to future leaders and corporate sponsors.
